Can't recommend highly enough for a brief hiatus

Vibrant atmosphere, attentive staff, including the helpful team at the reception, creating a welcoming environment, and the well-maintained rooftop pool offering stunning views during relaxation, were highlights of my recent stay.

The rooftop pool offers a vibrant atmosphere for a chill-out session after a day of exploring, and the colorful decor throughout the hotel gives a lively vibe that stands out. The steam room provided a great way to unwind, although it's sometimes crowded during peak hours.

The rooms can be misrepresented. for instance, family rooms advertised showed a single bed instead of more accommodations, which can be frustrating. the noise from the bar below can be disruptive, making it hard to get a good night's rest, especially for sensitive sleepers. Some amenities were not up to par, with reports of broken facilities and additional charges for late check-outs or room extras that should ideally be complimentary.

where do I begin? the room was misrepresented, showing only 1 bed when a family room should have more. I also expected better service during my stay and thought some complimentary gestures would be offered but nope. unbelievable. No offer for breakfast either despite paying for it, just laughable. I almost thought of leaving a good review, but just couldn't.

the rooms were super clean, and the staff was amazing, especially the receptionist named frida. the restaurant offered delicious meals with different varieties every day. loved the ambiance and vibe of the bar too!

The colors in the hotel are so vibrant, and the tub in my room was amazing for a long soak after exploring. I loved the rooftop pool and the relaxing steam room they offered for some much-needed downtime. The only downside was some noise from the bar below, but it didn't ruin my experience at all! 🌟

The deluxe double room was a generous size, perfect for a relaxing retreat. After checking out, I heard from friends that other guests were equally impressed by the staff's warmth.
